LDS set to launch new SME housebuilder magazine

LDS Sales Guarantees has announced its plans to publish its own print and digital magazine, in order to bring the knowledge and resources of PLCs to SME housebuilders.

LDS Boost, which is fully funded by LDS, will contain exclusive content tailored for the target audience — including data, insights and contacts that are generally only available to larger operators — in order to support SME housebuilders with information and, ultimately, help increase housing supply.

The first issue — which will be published at the end of February — will contain various topics, including a potential Help to Buy successor, a 150-strong SME housebuilder forum, and tips from a seasoned industry expert centred on selling into a softening market.

Subscription to LDS Boost is complimentary, and those interested can sign up via the online subscription link.

According to Mark Hawthorn, CEO at LDS (pictured above), the new magazine highlights the firm’s commitment to facilitating the growth of its developers, as he believes that the provision of quality knowledge and resources to SME developers will transform their ability to bring forward more sites and homes.

“SMEs are a major part of the solution to housing shortage; they just need more support and attention” he said.

“While our sales guarantees make a huge difference to the ability of SMEs to build more, this is only part of our service.

“Working alongside our extensive network, we always seek to support our developer partners across all areas of their projects."
